Sugar Hollow Solar is hiring a Service Dispatcher! Our Service Dispatcher coordinates and supports the day-to-day operations of our service team at Sugar Hollow Solar. This key role operates as the central hub for service scheduling, technician dispatch and real-time communication between customers, service crews, internal departments and other stakeholders, positively impacting our service quality and our customer satisfaction through the power of excellent customer service.

Essential Functions
- Provides white-glove customer service always going above and beyond expectations through personalized attention, exceptional care and meticulous detail in every interaction and remains composed under pressure
- Effectively communicates service appointments and service updates to customers, technicians and other stakeholders, addressing questions and concerns and managing service conflicts
- Schedules service calls by assessing urgency and coordinating timeframes with customers, technicians and internal teams to ensure timely, effective and efficient resolution of all system issues.
- Utilizes software and tools to optimize technician routes, minimizing travel time or downtime, and maximizing efficiency to keep both customers and technicians satisfied
- Maintains accurate and complete records for service appointments, technician availability and customer information
- Supports process improvements to increase\ efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Submits required paperwork for RMAs and RMA compensation billing with manufacturers.
- Supports customer billing activities and helps track revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2+ years’ experience scheduling and dispatching in the solar/electrical or other similar industry
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing demands
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to learn technical information and support remote service work
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Comfortable utilizing CRM systems
- Solid Google Workspace and Google Calendar skills
