- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPCs, IPPs, developers, consulting engineers, and strategic channel partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on technical solutions, equipment selection, and project requirements
- Deliver technical presentations, customer proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses tailored to project specifications
- Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with legal and executive leadership teams

- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to develop customer-focused value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support future product and business development initiatives

- Provide regular updates to leadership on sales activity, revenue projections, market trends, and competitive positioning
- Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and evolving energy market dynamics impacting customers and projects
Industry Representation

- 10+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience within the energy or electrical infrastructure sector
- Proven success selling large-scale capital equipment or infrastructure solutions ($1M–$50M+) to utilities, EPCs, renewable developers, or industrial customers
