Job Overview

Duties
- Install solar panels, mounting systems, inverters, and related electrical components following blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise system setup.
- Use hand tools, power tools, roofing equipment, and forklift machinery safely to complete installations efficiently.
- Connect high voltage and low voltage electrical systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
- Conduct fixture installation, wiring, grounding, and electrical testing to guarantee system safety and functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on installed solar systems to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with team members on construction site activities including roofing, plumbing integration, and site safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial electrician or in electrical work involving high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical codes.
- Hands-on experience with construction sites, roofing projects, plumbing work, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and teamwork.
- Electrical experience related to fixture installation, wiring diagrams, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to work at heights on rooftops or elevated structures; comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Join us in shaping a sustainable future!
