Sales Representative Blupoxy Coatings is a rapidly growing, veteran-owned concrete coatings company serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. We specialize in premium Polyurea and Polyaspartic concrete coating systems for residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a motivated, professional, and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, building relationships, and earning based on performance. Responsibilities: - Run scheduled in-home sales appointments - Educate customers on our products and installation process - Prepare and present estimates - Follow up on leads and open proposals - Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process - Generate referrals and customer reviews - Maintain accurate records in the company CRM - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications: - Sales experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and demeanor - Self-motivated and results-driven - Ability to work independently - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Experience in home improvement, roofing, HVAC, solar, construction, automotive, or in-home sales is a plus Compensation: Commission-Based Compensation Structure Monthly Closed Revenue: $0 - $50,000 = 3% Commission $50,001 - $75,000 = 4% Commission $75,001 - $100,000 = 5% Commission $100,001 - $125,000 = 6% Commission $125,001+ = 7% Commission Top performers have the potential to earn six-figure incomes.
