Job Responsibilities

Depending on position, duties may include:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble and inspect solar modules according to company quality standards
• Perform string and module repair/rework to identify and correct defects
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready
• Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing environment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Training available for the right candidates
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Must be able to work assigned day or night shift
