Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational strategies and drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will optimize our business operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with our corporate objectives in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive business strategies and operational plans.
• Oversee daily operations of the company to maximize efficiency and dedication.
• Lead, mentor, and support executive team members across different departments.
• Evaluate organizational performance by analyzing operational data and metrics.
• Foster and manage strategic relationships with key partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Proven executive experience as a COO or similar leadership role.

• Strong background in the renewable energy, solar, or utilities sector.

• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and operational development.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA is highly preferred
