Registered Nurse, GI Lab

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse, Neonatal ICU to work in a medical center located in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates will need a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Level I Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population as a Special Procedures RN, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing specialized GI procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and other special GI interventions.

Pay Rate: $50/hr first 8hrs + $75/hr for the last 2hrs (10 hr shift) *per diem

Shift Detail:

• minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

• days, weekends, and holidays

• 10-Hours (7:00 am - 5:30 pm)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

The RN will be responsible for:

• Providing procedure room preparation
• Monitoring patient and cardiac monitor during sedation
• Assisting physicians
• Delivering post-procedure care for sedated patients

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NIHSS Certification
• MAB or CPI
• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)
