Join our dynamic team as a Solar Panel Cleaner, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and longevity of solar energy systems. You will work on various sites, utilizing your skills in cleaning and installing critter guards on solar systems.

What you’ll do

• Clean and maintain solar panels to maximize energy production and efficiency.
• Inspect solar panel installations for any signs of damage or wear, reporting issues as necessary.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with manager to execute cleanings and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on rooftops.

Basic qualifications

• Experience on roofs or heights, being able to work in Las Vegas Summer heat.
• Familiarity with hand tools and ladders.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience as a roofer, handyman, solar installer, a plus.
• Proficient in reading schedules and following directions for effective project execution.
• Stong communication skills
• Being able to excel working independently
