Overview
We are looking for hardworking and dependable Commercial Solar Installers to join the Nulife Power Services team. This is a hands-on role requiring physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle the repetitive and often demanding tasks involved in installing/removing solar energy systems on commercial properties. Success in this position demands a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently outdoors. This position is specifically for the remediation of an existing commercial solar farm. Team members will be responsible for safely pull new wire and wire management. Installers will also be responsible for organizing, palletizing, and preparing removed components for transport and removal from the job site while maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry, hoist, and lift solar panels weighing 35-45 lbs, along with other electrical/racking components.
• Use of impact guns and hand tools.
• Remove and install DC wire (homeruns/jumpers) through multiple raceways

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of provable solar commercial and/or construction experience
• Ability to work at outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the work is to be performed
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and driving background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of solar energy systems and components
• Completion of relevant coursework or training programs in solar installation
• OSHA 10 (recommended)
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
