CSR - Customer Service Representative

NOW HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Solar Installers of Florida – Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join one of Florida’s leading solar energy providers! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is organized, bilingual, and ready to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers from contract to activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Welcome Calls to guide new clients through the solar process
• Monitor solar system performance and assist clients with monitoring setup
• Submit HOA (Homeowners Association) applications and follow up on approvals
• Work with clients and their insurance providers to submit liabilitys
• Assist in the interconnection process with utility companies
• Create and maintain digital and physical folders for each customer
• Schedule and coordinate service visits
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates and timelines
• Provide ongoing support and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer systems (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Previous experience in customer service, solar, insurance, or project coordination is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
