Duties

• Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related electrical components following blueprints and schematics with precision.
• Conduct system inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Troubleshoot electrical issues involving high voltage and low voltage systems using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately assemble and connect system components.
• Perform roofing work when necessary for panel mounting, ensuring secure fixture installation and safety adherence.

Skills

• Strong electrical experience with a focus on high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for precise installation.
• Knowledge of NEC standards relevant to solar power systems and electrical safety protocols.
• Experience as a commercial electrician or in construction environments involving electrical work.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for installation and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with roofing techniques related to solar panel mounting systems.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions for fixture installation.
